Nickelodeon School’s Out Orange Pass Winners Weekend
The Promotional Edge was charged with creating a weekend program around Nickelodeon and Hershey’s Orange Pass promotion that gave kid winners and their families the opportunity to take over Hershey, when the park was closed to the general public. From coordinating travel and hotel arrangements for 230 attendees to executing all on-site logistics including a branded hospitality suite, welcome gifts, transportation, a movie-themed welcome event, a character breakfast, activities at Chocolate World and the full run of Hershey Park, The Promotional Edge handled it all. The end result was a well-executed, targeted event that reinforced the benefits of the Nickelodeon and Hershey partnership and resulted in a once-in-a-lifetime experience for kid winners across the country.
