Job Description: Travel & Event Coordinator

The Coordinator position is responsible for managing travel related sweepstakes fulfillment programs, research & development, composing travel program proposals, and creating related budgets. This position supports the Sales & Event Managers in the Operations department by assisting on various events, working with contest winners, and coordinating travel programs.


Position requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in an office environment
  • Travel background STRONGLY preferred
  • Solid research skills
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Familiarity with geography and basic knowledge of the travel industry
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Powerpoint a plus
