Job Description: Research & Development Coordinator / Event Coordinator

The R&D Coordinator position is responsible for managing the research for travel related programs, composing travel program proposals, and creating the related budgets. This position also supports the Event Managers in the Operations department by assisting on various events, working with contest winners, and coordinating travel programs.


Position requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in an office environment
  • Travel background STRONGLY preferred
  • Solid research skills
  • Familiarity with geography and basic knowledge of the travel industry
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Powerpoint a plus
